HURI - Halo URI launcher

Installs a batch file into the Halo install folder, and a registry edit, to enable links such as haloce://halosrv1.halonet.net:2302

The batch file will kill any running Halo CE client, then launch it with the -connect argument to connect directly to the server of your choice.

Allows you to embed links in Discord, or web sites, as long as your players have this installed.

Be careful installing, make sure you have the correct folder.
